Curriculum Vitae

TRS Founder Patson Gasura

THE MAN BEHIND THE SCENES

Hello! My name is Patson Gasura.

As founding Managing Director of TRS,  my key mandate, among others, is literally to ’teach’ businesses  on how to stay relevant to their respective customers and grow through insightful market/ing research reports, presentations and strategic workshops. When such businesses grow, they stay connected as our Clients. Customer retention is also my responsibility. Most of the feedback I receive from Clients cite three unique strengths i.e. effective insights (product, consumer & communication) generation before and after primary research, effective public sector programme monitoring & evaluation (M&E) leading to programme or policy reform, relevant self-initiated research to explore new trends on our clients’ markets as well as strategic analysis & insightful sermon style results presentations. Collaborative research is also becoming a big solution for many of our Clients with tight budgets.

When one’s job and their talents converge, one always does very well in what they do. That is how I feel on all research projects I handle today having been in research since 1993. My God given talent is teaching and my job involves teaching using business techniques. Some call me a Business Doctor because my job is about offering business solutions. See “what others say about us” page. Check my personal CV too and let me know how I may be of service to you. Read more about TRS and  Stay blessed!
